Sheyla Jordan
WHO IS SHEY?
As a mother of four, a wife, and a Cayman Islands National Team member, Sheyla Jordan knows firsthand what it means to balance family, athletics, leadership, and self-care, all while showing up as her best self every single day.
Her journey started on the track, where the discipline of speed and competition first shaped who she is as an athlete. That foundation grew into a love for the game and a desire to create real opportunities for girls in her community to compete, grow, and believe in themselves. Rooted in discipline, faith, and a commitment to service, TrailblazHER became more than a program, it became her mission.
Whether she's directing camps, coaching athletes, competing on the international flag football stage, or serving on the board to help shape where this organization goes next, everything behind her work is fueled by purpose. She currently serves as Head JV Girls' Flag Football Coach at The Lovett School and Assistant Coach at Tyner Academy, bringing that same passion to the sidelines every season. She believes girls' sports should feel empowering, accessible, competitive, and deeply connected to community.
Her passion for developing well-rounded young women doesn't stop at the field. Through her etiquette workshops, she pours into girls' confidence, character, and presence on and off the field, and through Legendary Sports Performance and Training, she brings elite-level speed, strength, and conditioning work to athletes chasing their own next level. She's also the founder of Shey Natural Health Bar, fueling her community naturally with cold-pressed juices and wellness rooted in her Caribbean heritage.
At TrailblazHER, Sheyla Jordan isn't just running camps and coaching teams. She's developing confident athletes, building future leaders, and creating pathways for girls to see what's possible, on the field and beyond.
Her role is a reflection of resilience, culture, discipline, motherhood, and passion, and TrailblazHER is grateful to have her as part of the journey.
