WHO IS CRYSTAL?

Crystal Winter serves as TrailblazHER's Director of Recruiting and Community Relations, connecting with major stakeholders across the flag football community, and also oversees hospitality. Her tenure in the sport has given her relationships and access that few others in the space can match.

Originally from Montauk, New York, Crystal attended New York University's Stern School of Business, where she earned her degree in Marketing & International Business. While at NYU, she competed in track & field before going on to serve as an Assistant Men's Track & Field Coach.

Crystal's athletic highlights include a 2021 IFAF Flag Football World Championship, a 2022 World Games silver medal, and an AFFL Women's Championship. She has competed at the highest levels of the sport while building extensive experience in league operations, athlete development, partnerships, and sports management.

She is also a former Assistant Flag Football Coach at Park Vista Community High School, where she helped develop young athletes and build the program at the high school level.

With experience both on and off the field, Crystal brings a unique perspective to flag football. She is passionate about athlete development, building competitive programs, and creating pathways for women in the sport — both nationally and internationally.

A champion on the field, a leader off it, and committed to growing the game for the next generation.
